HOW TO CHECK IF YOUR MLS IS CONNECTED

The Automated Marketing Packages (AMP) and the MLS Lookup feature through your marketing center are powered via an integration with ListHub. ListHub aggregates listing data from over 600 MLSs nationwide. Then, we use that data to create your marketing items.

Your marketing center will bring in listings with an 'Active' or 'Pending' status. If your listing does not have one of those statuses, it will not be eligible for AMP or MLS Lookup. Additionally, your MLS must be connected to ListHub and your brokerage must be opted in. To determine this, follow the steps below.

IS YOUR MLS PART OF LISTHUB?

Click here to see a complete list of supported MLSs. Is your MLS listed there? - If the answer to step 1 is NO, then unfortunately the MLS Lookup feature is not currently available to you. - If the answer to step 1 is YES, then continue to step 2.

STEP 2

DOES YOUR BROKER-IN-CHARGE SHARE DATA WITH YOUR MARKETING CENTER?

If your MLS shares listing data with ListHub but our MLS Lookup tool isn't working for you, it may mean that your company's broker-in-charge needs to "opt-in" to share your brokerage's listing data with eXp. The broker-in-charge has the ability "opt-in" through their ListHub dashboard.

If your MLS is supported and your broker has opted in to share your listings with your marketing center, you should be able to use the MLS Lookup feature. It can take 24-72 hours for the property to syndicate.
